Hi All,
Please see below for the draft summary for Low-Complexity Lossless and Near-Lossless Multispectral and Hyperspectral Image Compression Blue Book (CCSDS-123.0-B3):
For this meeting cycle, CNES(Bruno) provided dataset with classification map and is uploaded to [9]. After UAB (Hernández-Cabronero) responded to the draft revision, NASA-JPL (Kiely) uploaded an updated draft red book [7] based on his feedback. The group reviewed all the changes and feedback, the updated cleaned version can be seen in [8]. At this point, the working group aggress to start the cross-verification effort with the available There are few action items from the last meeting in which to working group decides to analyze during the cross-verification effort. Because of the short turnaround time for Fall 2025 CCSDS meeting in September, the working group planned to update the fuzzy vectors test during the Fall 2025 to Spring 2026 meeting cycle.
The following are action items generated for the next meeting cycle:

The working group will start the cross-verification process on the current draft and analyze and report the following:
1. Verify methods for varying sample damping parameter as a function of y.
2. Assess benefit of compressing classification map (trailer or periodically encoded)
3. Performance of λz(t) = 1 performance verification.
