[SLS-DC] Mark stepping down from CCSDS Data Compression Working Group Chair

Hi All,

It is with a heavy heart that I've decided to step down from my role as the working group chair. I have accepted a position in private industry and will be leaving NASA in a few weeks.
During this transition period, I am working with our deputy chair, Lucana Santos (Lucana.Santos at esa.int), to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.
If time permits, I will still try to join the Fall meeting remotely.

Lastly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in the working group. I've learned and grown so much from working with all of you. Your dedication and contributions to the standard have continually inspired me to improve and try to stay at the top of my game.
The working group dinners have always been the highlight at each meeting. I enjoyed all great foods and conversations we had throughout the years.
