[SLS-DC] Revised CCSDS-120.1-G (Image Data Compression GB)

Dear Working Group,

As discussed yesterday, on top of Aaron updates, I simplified the new graphs' legends (section 5.3.3 Figures 5-5 to 5-8) and I cleaned associated tables in Annex C (keep only 2 decimal numbers and put the point as decimal separator).

As discussed at our meeting today, I have made some revisions to the text of the latest draft CCSDS-120.1-G (Image Data Compression GB), available on the CWE:
                SLS-DC/CWE Private/122GRevision/120x1g3_2021.05.19_Kiely

These edits affect sections 5.2.2.7, 5.2.3,  5.3.2.5, 5.3.3, 5.3.4.
