[SLS-DC] CCSDS 125 test data and draft White Book

Dear all,

According to action Item MHDC-A-2011-5(b) (as well as previous 
commitments), we have uploaded to the CWE a new draft white book (under 
SLS-DC/CWE Private?meeting materials) as well as some relevant test data 
and the dataset description (under 125.0-B/TestData/ESA-Aresys).

I kindly remind you that we will be happy to receive your feedback on the 
draft as well as on the proposed test plan presented during the fall 
meeting (AI MHDC-A-2011-5(a) and 6(a)).
