Dear all, 

Please note that there will be an OCM BOF meeting to be held 28-29 October in San Antonio, Tx, USA. 
The objectives of the BOF are to articulate the technical concept (concept paper), draft a charter for the proposed WG and propose someone for the WG chair. 

In case you intend to provide some input material to this meeting, please do so no later than 13 October. I would also appreciate you letting me know of the title of your paper as soon as possible. 

The tentative schedule is: 
- review of outcomes from former work on optics - discussion 
- review of any other relevant input material 
- review of concept paper 
- elaboration of WG charter 
- discussion on WG chairmanship 

PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO REGISTER TO THE MEETING IF YOU INTEND TO ATTEND
