[SLS-CC] Resolution of Brice's CMC-P-2026-05-005_ESA RID against 211.2

Dear C&S WG,

Attached is the resolution to the attached ESA RID as discussed today (9/9/2026) during the Prox-1 RID telecon along with the updated Powerpoint diagram, Fig. 2-1 for the 211.2 book. I adjusted the text in the first paragraph of Section 2.1 as discussed. See the text in red.

N.B. Ken Andrews requested that I move the two up arrows from the right side (Receive Side) of the figure to the left side and point them at the Media Access Control box. However, I forgot to mention that the diagram is split between a send side and receive Side. To avoid a "wrap around" Media Access Control box, I kept those two arrows as before but added the acronym "MAC" to the Media Access Control box. I hope this is sufficient.
