[SLS-CC] Agendas for the C&S and joint SLP-C&S-RFM meetings

All,

Attached is my first cut at agendas for the joint SLP-C&S-RFM meeting on Wednesday afternoon and the C&S meeting on Thursday morning.  They are also posted to the CCSDS website at https://ccsds.org/meetings/2026spring/2026springagendas/ (or will be imminently).

The joint meeting is very full, but I also don’t want to limit discussion, because that’s the value of these in-person meetings.  We’ll have to see how it goes, and if we run excessively long, perhaps the best option will be to continue with some of the joint material at the start of the C&S meeting on Thursday morning.  In contrast, the C&S meeting has a rather short agenda.

Since some of our key participants will be remote, I’ll do my best to support virtual participation.  With that in mind, I’ve tried to arrange presentation times to minimize the pain of time zone differences while grouping related topics together.  If some other ordering would work better, please let me know and I’ll rearrange.
