As agreed here the today slides, acting also as MoM.

For the technical meeting deadlines:

  *   Input announcement (only titles): 24th April, EOB
  *   Actual input (full presentation/paper): 8th May, EOB

In parallel (no later than 24th April, EOB):

  *   Chair to check with Editor about status of Proximity-1 Blue Books (RFM and CS)
  *   Chair to check with Editor if they found a way to retrieve Word file of TM Green Book
  *   Chair to check status of CS mailing list
  *   ESA (Andrea, Stefano, Nicola): to define book captain for Ka-Band proximity-1, for possibly providing a first draft at Spring 2026 of Prox-1 CS and RFM pink sheets
