Attached are the final minutes from the spring C&S and joint C&S/SLP/RFM meetings.  Thank you to those who replied with comments; the only substantive change was from Greg Kazz who set me straight on the summary for presentation SLS-CS_26_05.

I’ll take this chance to remind you of Action Item AI_26_01 to solicit interest within your agencies with respect to further developing Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM).  As Nicola pointed out, this is an open-ended query, and could include anything from an Orange Book documenting one agency’s analysis and experience, to a full Blue Book with the complete specification of a new standard.
