[SLS-CC] CCSDS: Bye bye and thank you

Dear members of the working groups,


I would like to wish you all a very good year.



My activities at CNES are changing so I won't be able to assist to RFM and C&S working group anymore.

Hervé Guillon is replacing me. He is very brilliant and easy to work with, so I am sure it is a great opportunity for CCSDS groups to have him.



I thank you all : I learnt a lot with you.

I hope we will meet again.
