[SLS-CC] Final C&S MoM for Spring 2025

I just realized that I never properly distributed final minutes from last spring’s meeting.  I received no corrections, and so no words are changed in the final version, attached.  However, I did add a link to Jon Hamkins’s “Presentation about GFP, and Octet Streaming Service”, so those words are now clickable in an electronic copy.

Dear Coding and Synchronization Working Group,

It was good to see so many of you in Laurel, Maryland this spring.  Attached are draft minutes from the meeting, over six weeks ago now.  One wouldn’t think it could take me so long get a straightforward job done, and I apologize for the tardiness.

If you could provide any comments to me by Monday, August 11, I would appreciate it.  Then perhaps we can get these finalized before the flurry of activity begins for the fall meetings!
