Since meeting will be mid-September, deadlines will be as follow: August 15th - deadline for input announcement August 29th - deadline for providing the input I am aware that dates may not be ideal for the summer break of some countries, but please stick to the deadlines. This will allow a smooth organization of the agenda, and at least 2 weeks of review time of inputs for everybody Andrea Ph.D. Andrea Modenini TT&C Communications Systems Engineer E2E systems communication Section (TEC-SET) European Space Agency, ESTEC Keplerlaan 1, PO Box 299 2201AZ Noordwijk, The Netherlands andrea.modenini at esa.int | www.esa.int T +31 6 484 56 527 From: CCSDS-All On Behalf Of CCSDS-All via CCSDS-All Sent: 16 July 2025 19:31 To: CCSDS-All via CCSDS-All Cc: CCSDS-All Subject: [CCSDS-All] [Save the Date] CCSDS Fall 2025 Technical Meetings, Interoperability Workshop, and Management Meetings (Hamburg, Germany) Dear CCSDS Community, We are pleased to announce that the Fall 2025 CCSDS Technical Plenary and Management Meetings will be hosted by the European Space Agency (ESA) from 15-19 September 2025 in Hamburg, Germany, on the campus of Technische Universit?t Hamburg (TUHH). In addition to the standard week-long technical meetings, we are excited to introduce a new special event: As a follow-up to the successful Lunar Interoperability Forum held in Washington, DC in Spring 2024, the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) will hold a Standards for Interoperability Workshop on 15 September 2025 afternoon in Hamburg, Germany. The workshop will be collocated with the CCSDS Technical Meetings. The aim of the workshop is to accelerate the development of international space communication and data systems standards required to ensure multi-national and multi-system interoperability around the Moon, Mars, and beyond. This workshop will bring commercial & government-funded implementing organizations together with the developers of relevant standards and technical experts in the various CCSDS working groups to identify missing standards, their priority and development approach, and to encourage the participants to become involved in their development and interoperability testing. The collocation of the workshop with the CCSDS technical meetings will be an opportunity for attendees to gain familiarity with the CCSDS structure and the existing CCSDS standards portfolio. Further information and an invitation for talks will be announced soon. VENUE & LOCAL LOGISTICS The meetings will take place at TUHH; the specific building(s) and room details are still being finalized. We will share maps and local guidance as soon as they are available. LODGING A list of recommended local accommodations will be circulated in a future communication to support travel planning. MANAGEMENT WEEK MEETINGS The CESG will convene on Monday, 22 September, followed by a joint CESG/CMC session on Tuesday, 23 September. The CMC will then meet separately on Wednesday, 24 September. INVITATION LETTERS If you require a letter of invitation to attend the Fall 2025 meetings, please notify the Secretariat at secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org. Thank you for marking your calendars-we look forward to seeing many of you this September in Hamburg!
