[SLS-CC] C&S - Spring 2025 and follow up of PM

Dear all,
In view of Spring 2025 meeting, please note the following information:


  *   Spring 2025 Dates
     *   12th May EOB - Deadline for input announcement
     *   26th May EOB - Deadliner for sending inputs
     *   Wed 11th June - Joint C&S/SLP/RFM meeting (*)
     *   Thu 12th June, morning  - C&S meeting (*)
(*) calendar on CCSDS website is not correct - I already asked to fix it


  *   Logistic
     *   C&S meeting will be chaired by Ken, while Joint SLP/CS/RFM (with Prox-1 topics), by Greg, since I am unable to travel to US
     *   Please send the input announcements to me, with CC Ken, Greg, and Dennis
     *   Do not forget to register on CCSDS website your attendance (https://ccsds.org/meetings/2025Spring/)


  *   Follow-up of PM
     *   I received no comments regarding Nicola's update of Prox-1 C&S and RFM blue books concerning AI_24_18.
If nothing is raised, I will close tomorrow the AI and distribute the PM's MoM (for which I also received no comment)
     *   For follow-up activities on Prox-1, please send them as inputs for Spring 2025
     *   23th May is instead deadline for LBDF WG review - please do not forget to send comments, if any, so that we can implement them by 26th as per Spring 2025's deadlines

Following the progress meeting, please find attached a brief MoM. You can provide comments (if any) no later than 15th April, EOB.

For the follow-up, in parallel:

  *   LBDF draft orange book is attached for WG review. Please send your comments by 23th May EOB.
  *   @Nicola Maturo<mailto:Nicola.Maturo at esa.int> if you can please share to the WG the updated Proxy-1 RFM and C&S books for confirming closure of AI_24_18 . If no objections will come, I will close the AI by 30th April EOB.
     *   In parallel, @dennis.k.lee<mailto:dennis.k.lee at jpl.nasa.gov> can work on top of Nicola's draft, for completing AI_24_17
  *   Updated white paper on Prox-1 PN ranging directive, as provided by SLP WG, is provided in attachment (for WG preparation to Spring meeting)
