[SLS-CC] comment on CCSDS C&S lunar proximity link

Dear all,

To illustrate our proposal currenltly discussed, we noticed in Section 3.3.5.4 that the definition of 0 and 1 is based on the sign of a voltage at the input of a circuit. A diagram would likely be more effective to avoid any ambiguities, like the following one:
