Dear all,
For the intermediate meeting on S-Band Proxy-1, it was found as most suitable date July 23th, starting at 17:00 (CEST), 11:00 (EST), 8:00 (PST).
I have already sent an invitation: let me know in case you should not have received it.

For the meeting organization, I propose a simplified version that I hope will better work for the teleconference:

  * We review the list of AIs reported below, giving (on average) 15 mins per AI
  * For each item, the actionee can either:
     * Provide a full input (as in normal meetings), or
     * Give the status of the AI (even verbally is fine), for discussing possible open points, doing brainstorming, or simply give a planning for the AI closure
  * Inputs shall not be announced and provided in advance, unless you want the WG to take a look beforehand
  * Just in case you believe your AI discussion should take more than 15 mins, please let me know a couple of days before, for adapting the planning

I am open to suggestions for a different organization,

Kind Regards

Hi all,
As per agreements, you can find the MoM in attachment (both tracked and clean versions for your convenience), taking into account all comments received.
Please let me know if there is any residual, otherwise I will publish them in CWE.

I take chance of informing of the latest:

  * Waiver for TF slicing was accepted by CESG. No need of YB
  * Ken and I will have a meeting with SLS AD/DAD and OPT chairs. We will resolve if the bitstream injection in the slicer should be informative (as it is now in a Note) or becoming normative. We will keep you update on that
  * NASA already replied for AI_24_10 (check with vendor about 1ksps vs 2ksps for hailing) and it seems that discrepancy between Huntsville's agreements and implementations is confirmed. In preparation of the July's intermediate meeting (see next) please consolidate your positions between staying with 1 ksps, or making 2 ksps as the new baseline for hailing (and preliminary feedback by email is welcome, since we have some AIs depending on that)

Next step, it is now the intermediate meeting for S-Band proximity-1 activities at end of July (joint SLP/RFM/C&S).
I propose one or max two sessions with timeslots at the doodle here https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/bWjvBy4a

If you plan to attend the meeting(s), please fill the doodle by no later 29th May. Please do this even If the local time is not favourable, but you wish to attend, by selecting the yellow "if needed".
If you don't plan to attend, don't fill the Doodle.
Then, depending on the agencies sites attendance, I could propose to shift the starting time more in favour of Japan o California time zones, that are always the two extremes

Once we find a timeslot and have a list of intended attendance, I will send an invitation accordingly, and more information about the intermediate meeting organization.

Kind Regards

PS: Please SLP/RFM chairs forward the intermediate meeting info and doodle also to your WG.

Dear all,
Thanks for attending the CCSDS technical meetings for the C&S WG.

Here you can find in attachment the draft MoM. Could you send me your comments/editorials by no later than May 20th?

I put in CC also SLP/OPT chairs in case their WGs want to comment for the joint meetings sections.
