[SLS-CC] Corrigendum for CCSDS 131.5-O-1 - missing line for Code specification

Dear colleagues,
Please be informed that DLR spotted a missing line in the Code specification in Table 4-9, CCSDS 131.5-O-1, "Erasure Correcting Codes for Use in NE and DS".
Being a simple edit, my approach will be asking straight away for a SLS resolution for having a corrigendum (technical or editorial, based on SLS AD assessment).

I assume there will be no objections, but let me know otherwise,
