Dear CESG and Working Group Chairs,

The following logistics have been added to the CCSDS website. Over the next week or so, another email update will be shared with CCSDS-All community, once we have a list of local accommodations.

FALL 2024 TECHNICAL, CESG, AND CMC MEETINGS
The United Kingdom Space Agency (UKSA) will host the Fall 2024 Technical Plenary and Management Meetings in London, UK. The technical meetings will be held from Monday through Friday, 04-08 November 2024. [Note: This will be a five-day technical meeting]

The CESG Executive Committee will meet on the following Monday-Tuesday, 11-12 November, followed by a 1-day CMC meeting on Wednesday, 13 November. Please let the Secretariat know if you need a visa letter to attend the Fall 2024 meetings (secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org>).

MEETING VENUE
Our meetings will be hosted in two locations - Clayton Chiswick Hotel<https://www.claytonhotels.com/chiswick/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmb-hotel-homepage> - 626 Chiswick High Rd., Chiswick, London W4 5RY, United Kingdom and the British Standards Institute (BSI) Building - 389 Chiswick High Rd., Chiswick, London W4 4AL, United Kingdom. The CESG and CMC meetings will be held exclusively in the BSI building on 11-13 Nov.

REGISTRATION
Registration for the meetings will be announced mid-September 2024. Timely registration will be required. UKSA is graciously hosting coffee breaks and lunch through the duration of our meeting activities. On Wednesday, 06 November UKSA will host CCSDS to an evening reception at the Lord's Cricket Ground<https://www.lords.org/lords/visit-us/how-to-get-here> - RSVP will be required.

LOCAL ACCOMODATIONS/MAPS/LOCAL LOGISTICS
UKSA will be providing us with group booking codes at several area hotels to be posted online in the coming weeks. Local logistics and maps for the area will also be posted online soon.
