Dear C&S WG,
With reference to Fall 2023 meetings, happening in The Hague (NL) from 6 to 10 November 2023, I have some important information about the planning of C&S meetings.

Because of personal and professional circumstances, both I and Ken won't be able to attend meetings in the Hague, potentially preventing some of the physical meetings.
Luckily, RFM chair gave the availability to cover the chairing of joint meetings.

Thus, as intermediate solution for holding all technical meetings as planned, C&S meetings will be organized as follows:

  * Remote C&S meeting (with main expected topic TF slicing), Chaired by me -> to be held on 30th on 31stOctober by MS Team, 17.00-19.00, Amsterdam local time (CET).
  * Physical Joint C&S/RFM/SLP (with main expected topic Proxy-1 extension), chaired by Dennis -> to be held in The Hague, Agenda will be provided by RFM
  * Physical Joint C&S/RFM (with main expected topic VCM GB project), chaired by Dennis ->to be held in The Hague, Agenda will be provided by RFM

In light of this, please consider the following deadlines (applicable to all meetings above):
-Input announcement: please send the title to me with CC Ken/Dennis/Gunther by 9th October EOB,
-Actual input: please send your finalised input to me with CC Ken/Dennis/Gunther by 19th October EOB.

Once inputs are announced and collected, I will then organize the Agenda for the Remote C&S meeting.
Dennis will instead follow-up for the Agenda of the two joint physical meetings.

I apologize for the situation, but I hope you can appreciate our additional efforts for not postponing further activities

In case of objections, we are obviously open for discussion,

Regards
Andrea
