[SLS-CC] FW: CESG-P-2023-01-003 Approval to publish CCSDS 130.12-G-2, CCSDS Protocols over DVB-S2—Summary of Definition, Implementation, and Performance (Green Book, Issue 2)

I hope this finds you well.

We received an approve with conditions for the two Green Books, SCCC and DVB-S2. I see the comments as indeed a good improvements for the two green books.
I would propose to proceed as follows:

-Marie: if you could please provide an update of the DVB-S2 GB based on the comments in attachment,
-Myself: I will provide an update of the SCCC GB based on the comments in attachment

@Thomas Gannett: for the implementation of the changes, do you prefer that we do in our doc file, or do you prefer that you provide us your version, and we perform the changes in track changes mode?

Let me know in case of objections with the proposed approach,
