[SLS-CC] C&S AI_20_05: Doppler model

Hi all,
 I have a single comment.

The proposal looks good with me. I was however wondering, how to simulate 
multiple passes without introducing discontinuities in the simulation.
Could we simply add a time replica of the curve in Figure-1, upside-down? 
Or does it cause discontinues on its derivative?

in response to AI_20_05, Wai Fong and his colleagues have provided the 
following Doppler model 
(you can also find it in CWE, under C&S/CWE private/On-going work). 
Could you please provide your comments, if any, in order to integrate in 
the overall simulation model being developed (to be eventually shared with 

the RFM WG as well)?
