[SLS-CC] Randomizer: update presentation SLS-RFM_19-21

Dear colleagues,

please notice that there is an update of SLS-RFM_19-21 (randomizer), 
attached here for your convenience.
The update include 1 MHz RBW measurements, as well as APSK modulation.
Even if the update is last minute, the overall message of the paper has 
not changed so I hope it will be acceptable.
