Dear Gian Paolo and Tom,

as anticipated during the meeting in Darmstadt, the C&S WG has finished
its review of the new draft of the TM Coding Green Book (130.1-G) and you
can find
attached the final version (of the parts including changes) based on the
comments received by the deadline set in the meeting minutes.

Beside these changes, we also have an editorial correction suggested by A.
Modenini (email of 5 March 2019) which I recall here for completeness:

In Fig 6-11, the curves corresponding to CC(7, 2/3) and CC(7, 3/4) are
apparently inverted: the first one is indeed
expected to have better WER than the second one, having a lower code rate.
This behaviour is what is indeed observed
in Fig 6-10 (BER).

Considering the positive conclusion of the WG review, on behalf of the WG
I would like to ask to proceed with the publication of the new version of
the Book.

Best regards,
Massimo
