[SLS-CC] Draft Agenda for the C&S meeting in Mountain View

Dear colleagues,

based on the input indications received, please find attached the 
preliminary agenda for the C&S meeting in Mountain View (in the 
corresponding CWE folder as well).
The agenda for the joint C&S/RFM has been coordinated with Enrico. 
Relevant topics that will not be addressed during the joint, in case time 
is not sufficient, will be
shifted to the C&S proper.
As a reminder, all inputs are due by 22 April. The final agenda will be 
issued after that.
