[SLS-CC] Rescheduled: C&S-uplink coding technical discussion (28 May 17:00 CEDT)

Dear colleagues,

as anticipated, and based on your availability, let's have a first teleconf
meeting on the open technical points for uplink coding:
- CLTU termination strategy
- Start sequence

Based on the conclusions, we may schedule a second one later on. My target is
to close the open points before the Fall meeting, to proceed with the
preparation of the pink sheet to 231.0-B (TC coding).
I hope you'll be able to participate. I will create a folder in CWE (under
Meeting materials/2015) to upload any inputs you would like to share for the
discussion.
