Thanks for your input, OIP are a kind of international standard. For each changes or document generarion it must be approved and reviewed by ESA, JAXA, DLR, CNES, ASI, CSA, NASA and FSA, that means all the pace agencies working in the ISS program
It is the only standard that exists for voice in human space flight, it is in the NASA portal but not belong to NASA

Hi Osvaldo,

We should be very careful to put a reference of a guide of one agency into a international recommendation. Is OIP-GEN-3.3.1/01 an international standard? If not, be careful.

I have not identify any other more inputs in this version than last one. I think we can go ahead,  although it is with a little bit informational content which might be moved for a blue book( old stories discussed before, maybe we can leave this to five years later) .
