[Sis-uce] registration for November meetings

Hi, UCE WG members.  If you are planning to attend the November CCSDS 
meetings in Toulouse, it is important that you register at:

http://public.ccsds.org/sites/calendar/Lists/calendar/Fall2004Meetings/Registration.aspx

as soon as possible so that the logistics planners can firm up the 
venues.  There will be a brief meeting of the UCE WG to discuss the status 
of the UCE Pink Sheets; I don't know of any UCE issues that need to be 
resolved, but if you plan to be in Toulouse anyway for meetings of some of 
the other Working Groups and BOFs (e.g., Cislunar, other SIS groups) then 
this will be a good chance for us to get together and discuss any broader 
CFDP implementation and deployment problems you may be dealing with.
