[Sis-SCPS-INTEREST] question about video application by SCPS

Hi SIS,
      Recently I have been doing some tests with SCPS_RI code. The service is video application which uses UDP as the transport protocol. I set the bandwidth of WAN to 512Kbps (actually the same to other bandwidth setting). After a period of time, I observed that the connection was closed and the receiver got many fragments that could not be resembled. I guess there was so many packet dropped. After that, the connection could not be resumed any longer. The result of Wireshark showed that the ARP resolving was wrong. I wonder if you can give me some hints.
