I have added 3.6.2.4 with the sentence you provided. You were looking at an old version. 3.6.3 and 3.6.3.1 were removed in my last edit. What should be the current version is attached.

Hey guys, I realized I forgot to send out an update. We have concluded the RTPoverDTN testing successfully and I am working on updating the yellow book. For the Blue Book the one update that we needed to do was add something similar to the following: “3.6.2.4 - Every SDP Message must be placed within a CBOR definite length array of definite length byte strings where every byte string equals one SDP Message and length of the array is equal to 1.” Also, I may be looking at an old version, but the requirements in the attached screenshot should have been deleted in our previous cleaning up of the bluebook.
