[Sis-mia] Latest Version of the DTN BB

Hello Everybody,
Walt did not found the latest version (DC version) of the DTN BlueBook, and me either. It seems, it was not checked-in at the CWE.  So, as agreed at the last video meeting, Josh should get the latest version, to rewrite the section 2 and 3, and hand it over for review the DLR Jeremy.

Who made the live editing at the meeting? Did somebody have this document and can provide it.
