[Sis-mia] MIA RTP over DTN discussion

MIA team, there has been quite a thread going on over the past few weeks about GRC’s implementation of streaming video using RTP over DTN via a method different than our current Red Book.

We need to have further discussion prior to our meetings at den Hague. Hoping you can all join in this discussion.

After a technical review, we should discuss whether to change the Red Book to reflect this new approach, or instead of publishing a Blue Book, we publish multiple Orange Books.
