All, Today is my last day at NASA. Per my earlier note, my Emeritus status is not yet in place. When it does I’ll follow up with more information that I’ll provide to prepare us for working on this new Quality Assessment Book. I’m going to ask Walt to put together an outline as we discussed in Toulouse, and then begin to plug in some content from Falk’s White Paper.


I.                     Introduction: Problem Space, Artemis examples, Project management perspective, background and applicability

II.                   Introduce use cases/scales to measure video quality

III.                 Definition of Quality in the video context (more detailed definition of the problem space)

IV.                Current state of the art for video quality assessment

More to come when I resurface post-retirement.
