[Sis-mia] Comments against update to 766, Digital Motion Imagery

All, On Nov. 27th I thought I sent out for your review updated content for version 3 of our Digital Motion Imagery standard, with comments due Dec. 13th.  I did not receive any comments.  I have come to the conclusion there was some issue either with NASA’s out-going mail or the mail server, because apparently nobody received the message.

So, I’m trying again.

Please review attached.  Recall that we are updating our original Blue Book to add H.265, plus make some updates to other sections due to industry trends and changes.  You will see the updates/adds/deletes by viewing with “all markup” enabled in MS Word.

Please complete the review by Monday, January 27, 2020.  Please send comments, or a MS Word document with your comments/adds/deletes included using “track changes” to me.
