[Sis-mia] Placeholder #2 MIA Virtual Meeting

This is a placeholder for meeting #2 of our Virtual MIA WG meeting.

The likely agenda for this meeting will include interoperability re-planning due to Corona Virus lockdowns.  I have included the MSFC HOSC team for this discussion.
