My apologies for the long delay following up since our Berlin meetings.

Thanks to all who attended our meetings.  We spent a good bit of time discussing how to prototype and demonstrate two independent implementations for our RTP Book.  We iterated some drawings for the testing that we???ll incorporate into a Yellow Book/Test Plan.  We hope to have that ready for distribution by early December.

We also spent quite a bit of time updating our White Book for the RTP project.  Since Berlin we???ve cleaned that up into Draft 2, which is attached, and also in the CWE.

I???d like to get comments against this second draft by December 14, 2018.  Please use ???Track Changes??? and send to me and Walt Lindblom.   Walt.Lindblom at nasa.gov<mailto:Walt.Lindblom at nasa.gov>
