[Sis-mia] Review of final draft, streaming services Green Book

All- Please find attached the final draft, with changes accepted and notes removed, of our Streaming Services Green Book.  This revision includes all the new content from our Rome meetings, plus some tweaks made since Rome.

You will also find this, and the previous drafts, in the CWE, SIS-MIA>Draft Documents>Streaming Services Green Book

Please, if you see anything amiss, or have any edits, try to get them to me by 16 November at the latest.  I am trying to keep us on schedule, which requires I submit this draft to our Area Director by 18 November.
