[Sis-mia] We have a Blue Book!

Congratulations everyone!  Our book has been published.  I want to thank each of you for your efforts and contributions to get this published.  To my knowledge, this is the first such standard ever developed for interoperability of video for space applications.  Congratulations to us all!
