[Sis-ipo] IPoC RED-5 available for review

Dear SIS-IPO,

The CCSDS Secretariat announced today that the latest version of IP over CCSDS RED-5 is available for review.

The following draft CCSDS Recommended Practice has been placed on
line for CCSDS Agency review:

        CCSDS 702.1-R-5.  IP over CCSDS Space Links.  Red Book.
                          April 2011.

The review document, in Portable Document Format (PDF), and
associated review materials are available for downloading at the
following location:

      http://public.ccsds.org/review/

Review period ends July 1, 2011.
