        I have only one comment.
Please take into account that the official agency review is still ongoing 
as per 
http://public.ccsds.org/sites/cwe/rids/Lists/CCSDS%207021R5/Overview.aspx

This is also valid for ESA and there are likely to be ESA RIDs that will 
be provided by the deadline for the  International review completion date; 
i.e. 1st July 2011

Responding to the RIDS received and dispositioned at the Berlin meeting?

I've placed an updated version of these two documents into the SIS-IPO 
portion of the CWE.
1.      IP over CCSDS Space Links - "has June 2 in the title" CCSDS 702
2.      Space Link Identifiers BB - "Also has June 2 in the title" CCSDS 
135

versions.
The Secretariat will need to revise the document format from Magenta to 
Blue book for IPoC.

Essentially I have done the following:

1. The IPOC service is provided by the IPOC Protocol using IPOC PDUs (IPOC 
SDU + IPE Header). This should be the subject of a self contained Blue 
Book describing service, process and PDU (IPE header) not split across a 
Magenta book and an Annex to SLIDs.
2. The use of the term "IPE PDU" is inconsistent with the term "IPOC" and 
is deprecated.
3. Section 3.2 is the only relevant part of section 3 and should be where 
the IPE header is defined. The rest of section 3 is removed.
4. Updated the SLIDs Blue book by removing Annex A and adding Section 8 
which contains only the Identifiers and the notes associated with IPE 
Header.
5. Kept the informal annex info in IPoC since there are no resources to 
develop an IPoC GB.
