Greg, just as some quick feedback as you requested,
the contents list does not seem to match the actual document text so it is
not so obvious what you attend.
As far as I can see you have removed any mention of Prox-1, this seems an
unreasonable omission for a book purporting to be IP over CCSDS links, it
should be reinstated.
The concept of IP forwarding or routing has have been introduced but as a
note and this also seems unreasonable if we are to have end to end
forwarding/routing as suggested by some of the interconnection diagrams.
As I indicated in our original RIDs it would seem reasonable to have some
discussion of the meaning and intended usage of the IP address,

It is a word document with the word revision feature turned ON, so that all
changes from the current RED-4 version can be seen.
