[Sis-ipo] Request for Comment on new version of IP over CCSDS draft Red Book

All,

Back in Dec. 2009, I generated an updated version of IP over CCSDS based upon the review of the document during the CCSDS meeting at ESTEC at the end of Oct. 2009. Now that everyone (perhaps) is back from holidays, I am hoping to receive comments from you regarding this new WG version of the document.

The action item given to everyone at the meeting at ESTEC was to compare the copy of the document edited during the meeting vs this latest file which I generated based upon the actions taken at the meeting. The goal is to provide the final version of the document to the Secretariat either before or at the Spring 2010 CCSDS meeting at Portsmouth, VA.

To summarize:

We came out of the Oct meeting at ESTEC with this file:  702x1r3final_Oct_28_2009...

I took that file as the starting point and completed the actions based upon the notes I took and generated: 702x1r3final_Dec_15_2009...
