[Sis-exec] Quick look at the charters

Took a quick look at the operating plan, once I coerced the damned system to
let me log in.  Here's the results of the look:
 
Dick - need to update schedule
Scott - need to update schedule
Dai - what's our status?????  I know you have no bucks, but don't know where
we are.  Thanks.
Keith - CSI -  you're nominally OK, but you're due for a draft green book in
November -- thoughts?  
Scott - DTN BOF - we'll need to fill something in here.  Hopefully RSN.
