[Sis-exec] FW: [CESG] DISCUSSION 1. CCSDS Organizational Issues

Folks,

Here are some items that the CESG wants to discuss at the next meeting.  I'd
like to represent the position of the SIS area, not just my own, so if you
have feelings on this (and the following pile of messages) let's discuss
them at the SIS plenary or via email.
