WG chairs: alert - red tape on the horizon. Sorry about that.
BTW -- anybody feel like it would be good to have WG or Area meetings in
the May time frame? The Canadian Space Agency has offered up meeting
space the week before SpaceOps (which is May 17-21). I need to let them
know if we want any space. Could you all please respond with a request for
WG meeting space (how many days, how many folks). Also, what are
people's thoughts about having an Area meeting? I'd like to kick off
the DTN BOF and the SCPS Reconfirmation activities, and an open meeting
might be the right place for that.

OK, good suggestion, I have modified the poll to read as follows:
CESG-admin-001
Shall the CESG recommend to the CMC that, once reviewed and approved
by the CCSDS participants, all CCSDS meeting minutes and
presentations shall be placed in an open area of the ccsds.org
web-site and shall be made available to the general public? To
implement this:
1) Shall it be a CESG requirement of every Working Group chair to
record the results of all significant meetings or other technical
discussions via a set of Minutes, with pertinent presentations
attached?
2) Shall it be a CESG requirement that the WG chair must circulate
the draft WG Minutes for review and approval by the participants?
3) Shall it be a CESG requirement that when the WG minutes are
approved, the WG chair must forward them to the Area Director, who
shall load them into the appropriate public area of the CCSDS
website that is allocated to that Area and WG?
The one person who had already voted will need to vote again, since
changing a poll resets the vote. Go to Bulletin Board 23 and log in to
your Docushare account:
