[Sis-dtn] Updated Agenda

All,

 

First, 1000 apologies for the delayed meeting cancellation.  I sent the
cancellation, but it got hung up because of too many recipients (folks in
addition to those on the list) and I didn't notice it.

 

Second, there have been a few updates to the agenda.  Here's the latest.  If
you have questions/comments, other tweaks, please let me know.
