Hi,
When writing our text for the BP implementation we have noticed that we do not support the sourcing of dtn:none bundles:

The corresponding requirement is

This is similar what we proposed for on-path data unit re-assembly (where we also wanted to a requirement that this is not required).
I think if we formulate like this, we can get rid of entry 15 and 43 in the PICS. Of course, implementations can implement these features but they are not 'CCSDS options' but have been explicitly tailored out of the IETF specification.
