[Sis-dtn] FW: DTN/BPSEC Key Management prototype

Dear all,

We are giving a brief presentation of a prototype for a BPsec key management and distribution solution for near- and midterm DTN deployments using asymmetric keys as well as symmetric session keys on Aug 30 (see forwarded mail).
This work is complementary to the work on Intergovernmental Certification Authority (IGCA) and related to the DTKA RFC draft.

We look forward to getting any feedback and input from the CCSDS DTN & Security working groups.
