Hi Jeremy, all,

Just two minor remarks from my side:


  1.  NPICS are typically not part of an orange book, so that probably Annex A can be removed.
  2.  Two annexes about Security and Prototyping are instead necessary.

I'll also try to check the content of the book in the next days and place comments directly within the document.
