Jonathan: custody transfer in bpv6 • Nodes not required to take custody •
Fragmentation: taking custody of fragments not same as taking custody of
bundle • No negative acknowledgement; have to retransmit all of a lost
bundle

>From last week • Simon to draft some text for start of informational annex
• Insert “formal terms” before “logical data types” in paragraph c1 • Track
issue of what got deleted from pics and mins in convergence layers and
should go into network management • Simon to build issue list in GitHub and
send an email to the list
Custody transfer • Bibe - ietf and MSFC • Esa Interoperability testing •

Marc: jay gao put together a document for ion against the pics; other NASA
implementations should have those, bob should have that info • Jay Wyatt
asked all implementations to send in their pics? GRC (Rachel) might be
willing to do it and may have some funding to do it. Wyatt has been asking
for a test rig.
