[Sis-dtn] Telecon today cancelled

Sorry for the late notice, but Tamer points out that a lot of the NASA
folks are tied up in the DTN Project face-to-face meetings.  Let's cancel
for today.

On my plate:
1. Tomasso: any news on a new chair?
2. Working to get a new/replacement set of PID resolution confirmations
from Peter and Ignacio before submitting the BPv7 and BPsec books for a
second round of tier-1 (pre agency review) CESG reviews.
