I
went ahead and added some text to section 2.3 on:

We need a paragraph or two about how authenticity can be achieved by
applying the block types in BPSec together with the security context in
which they’re used.  [Ed to write]

and reformatted 3.2 as a table.

Still need to fix / finalize the PICS.



I'd like to:

1. Get APL to look at the added text and modify as needed.  If you've got
good pictures to add, that would be awesome.
2. Circulate the changes to Howie and Ignacio first, and the SEA-SEC WG
3. Get this out for CESG review.
